Our mission is to provide training, resources, and education to empower families in Southeastern North Carolina to advocate for their children who have special healthcare needs or disabilities. We accomplish this through parent-to-parent connections, resources and referrals, parenting training, and educational advocacy.

Many parents that work with FSN™ have increased knowledge and understanding about the disability or their situation and reduced parental stress, as well as improved outcomes for the children.
